History
In the spring of 1999, Établissements Jean-Pierre Moueix purchased the Château Certan Giraud from the eponymous family. The property was divided in two parts, one of which was sold. The remaining acreage, located on the famous plateau of Pomerol, was renamed Hosanna — a name which evokes praise and acclamation. It faces Château Pétrus and lies between Château Lafleur and Vieux Château Certan.
Directors
Initially established by Jean-Pierre Moueix, Établissements Jean-Pierre Moueix is now directed by his son, Christian, who runs the family business alongside his children, Edouard and Charlotte.
