Ladoucette Les Deux Tours Sauvignon Blanc
Les Deux Tours is produced by Baron Patrick de Ladoucette in the Loire Valley on soils that are mainly limestone with some parcels of flint clay. Baron Patrick is often referred to as “The King of the Loire Valley,” not solely due to his aristocratic descent, but more so for his contribution to the worldwide recognition and acclaim of this appellation. These beautiful wines originate from a terroir that is known as the “Valley of the Kings,” which is located along the Loire River, the longest water way in France.
Thermo-controlled fermentation takes place. The wine is raised in stainless-steel tanks on fine fermentation lees. Fermentation at a low temperature and matured on fine lees in stainless steel vats for 6 months.
Bouquet: Intense floral notes reminiscent of roses and broom. On breathing one finds notes of yellow fruit (pears) and citrus fruit (lime and grapefruit). Taste : A beautiful round attack with the perfect balance be-tween vivacity and suppleness. The finish is very aromatic full of floral notes.
