Tasting Notes

The 2013 Dach Vineyard Chardonnay impresses with a golden yellow color. The wine opens with a hint of caramelized peach punctuated with mint and lemon blossom. The Dach Vineyard’s impressive volume and roundness provide a gentle entry on the palate, while its precision and finesse make the wine airy, elegant, and agile. Delicate and complex flavors of pear, peach compote, and anise fill the midpalate, while the wine finishes with alternating layers of the same notes.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow, light golden color. Subtle aromas of flint and stone uplift floral, citrus and honeydew notes. A refreshing, clean and bracing palate of lemon verbena, grilled peaches and green apples develop through a long and crisp finish with balance and elegance.

Tasting Notes

If we were only permitted to use a single word to describe our 2013 Dach Vineyard pinot noir, it would be “dark”. In the nose, aromas of plum, black current, molasses, and anise are enlivened by the impression of lavender. Plum, specifically its skin, and in a shade of red, returns on the palate and is flanked by flavors of black cherry. As these dark fruit flavors settle and become continuous with those on an earthier spectrum, a sense of depth and complexity is created. Though restrained, the vineyard’s tendency towards power lurks just beneath the surface. The wines from Dach vineyard are our most structured and will benefit from a collector’s patience.

Tasting Notes

Color is dark red-purple hue. Appealing aromas of cherry, rose petal and leather are rich and inviting. Flavors of cola, plum and crushed berry are framed with a balanced structure and ample body. Soft tanins are lingering on finish and acidity is bright on mid-palate.

Tasting Notes

Appealing gold straw and brilliant in color, the 2015 Domaine Anderson Estate Chardonnay unveils nuanced aromas of honeysuckle, sandalwood and stone fruit. A pretty wine; possessing a graceful combination of structure and acidity, seamlessly framing flavors of Granny Smith apple, lime and notes of nutmeg spice. Smooth and elegant, can be cellared through 2020.
