Winemaking Style
The wines of Albert Pic are fermented in stainless steel, thermo-controlled tanks with no oak flavor or wood tannins, allowing the Chablis grape expression of its terroir without any external influence. The high quality of all Albert Pic wines is guaranteed by low temperature vinification, which stabilizes the wines, and perfectly controlled filtering. Most of the Pic wines are aged an average of 5 to 7 years in the bottle before release.
