Fresh aromas of peach, pear, lemon and fresh cut grass burst from the glass of this pale rosé. It coats your mouth with lively flavors of stone fruits and ocean salinity. A robust rosé with great acidity and long spicy finish can be paired with with light proteins or is complex enough to drink on its own.

Dense and complex, this ultra-pale version starts off a bit closed before opening up to reveal apple blossom, crunchy nectarine and pear flavors cut with notes of crushed flint, while a thread of salty, smoky dried green herbs cruises through. The 2022 Rosé BY.Ott is such a complete wine. It's just so elegantly put together. Orange oil, strawberry fruit, strawberry top (yes, the leafy part), ruby red grapefruit and fresh mint form an intoxicating bouquet as the 2022 puts on weight in the glass, especially in the mid-palate. Fresh, lively, juicy, salivating—all of these apply. A satisfying mineral bitterness tugs at the tongue as the wine exits the mouth, lingering with the subtlest hint of fruit sweetness. The finish is long and measured. Very well done.
