Tasting Notes
The 2018 vintage was characterized by abundant rainfall during the spring, above the average. Rosso Gauggiole 2018 expresses the characteristics due to this particular climate, underlining the olfactory matrix that the selection of vineyards in the Gauggiole area gives us. It has clear and fragrant aromas with citrus note and hints of violet. In the mouth it is characterized by a vibrant acidity that enhances the body and its smooth round tannins.

Tasting Notes
The 2019 vintage was a dream. The wine has a brilliant and lively red color. On the nose, the fresh fruit and pomegranate are enhanced by delicate herbal notes that make way for red, pink, and purple flowers. Aromas of red fruit such as cherry, floral shades of violet and some spicy notes such as pepper in the finish. The winer results well-balanced on the palate with a great aging potential.

Tasting Notes
Bright yellow hue with slightly green tints and bubbles that are soft, creamy, fine and delicate. The bouquet is precise and mineral with notes of ripe citrus fruit and white, almost vanilla-like blossoms (pollen) and notes of freshly harvested wheat and almonds. The freshness of the bouquet comes through in the form of minty and iodised aromas (sea spray) which slowly evolve towards warmer notes of smoke, hot butter and toast. The palate is creamy and soft yet concentrated on entry. The wine, underpinned by the delicate bubbles, unfolds majestically. It offers us the sensation of ripe, concentrated juice carried by an incredibly powdery texture with a distinctly saline finish. Oaky and smoky notes continue to draw out the wine, giving it extra length and concentration, an indication of its exceptional cellar-ageing potential. The finish is pure, refreshing and mouthwatering.

Tasting Notes
Golden yellow hue with bright highlights. Magnificent, soft and even bubbles. Bouquet of white flowers (jasmine, orange blossom), citrus zest (lemon) and wheat complemented by an impression of iodine freshness, sea spray, sea breeze and powdered chalk. A few smoky notes and a reductive, calcareous quality, reminiscent of grilled almonds, emerge after aeration. The palate is creamy and caressing, revealing softness and finesse; coated velvet-like textures that quickly give way to fresh, marine, powdery and concentrated sensations. One has the impression of biting into a ripe, juicy fruit bursting with a lingering and mouth-watering zesty freshness. The finish is smooth, saline and stretches out like a shaft of sunshine, luminous and drying yet never brittle.

Tasting Notes
Intense yellow hue with bright, luminous tints. An even flow of creamy, ultra-fine bubbles. Bouquet of harvest (almonds), spring flowers (honeysuckle) and citrus (lemon). The aromas are harmonious and deep, with delicate notes of roasted almonds and roasting. Upon aeration, powdery and chalky nuances emerge, creating a refined reductive nose typical of exceptional Chardonnays. Precise, juicy and deep on entry to the palate, this wine exudes a magnificent concentration of ripe fruit and floral aromas interwoven with a mineral freshness. The mouthfeel is creamy and chalky, almost powdery and drying, imparting a trim, finely honed quality to the palate. Juicy and rounded, the wine is drawn out into a fresh, powdery finish. The palate crescendos like a torrent of white mountain water, with a lingering sweetness from the wood ageing complementing the saline length and structure imparted by the white chalk of Avize.
