Tasting Notes
Yellow hue with shimmering highlights and an even flow of lively bubbles. The bouquet is pure, elegant, vertical, rich and concentrated. Nuances of ripe fruit combined with exceptional finesse: fine, delicate citrus peel (lemon, orange) and vanilla (Madagascar bourbon vanilla) along with warmer notes of baked apple and Tarte Tatin that gradually give way to aromas of nougat. The palate offers a marked and singular contrast: it is very expressionist thanks to the broad, juicy, almost sensual texture of the Cumières clay soils in a sunny year, yet distinctly minimalist due to a fresh, pure, mineral and mouthwatering backbone associated with its zero dosage. Ripe citrus fruit combines with warm stone notes further accentuating the mouthwatering, umami sensation. The finish is light, energetic and ethereal.

Tasting Notes
Bright, brilliant pale yellow hue. Clean, energetic and perfectly uniform streams of bubbles dispersed evenly throughout the glass, a result of the reduced viscosity due to the absence of sugar. The bouquet is charming, delicate and refined with subtle toasted aromas of yellow fruits (mirabelle plum) and nuts (fresh almonds). It reveals a ripe, velvety and almost sunny character. With aeration, the aromatic freshness intensifies, disclosing aromas of red fruits (blackcurrant) along with sweet flowers (lilac). The bouquet is unmistakably shaped by the Pinot noirs and Meuniers. On entry to the palate, the wine shows a vibrant energy lined with a velvety, soft and juicy texture. The fruit is bursting with ripeness and saline energy, generously enveloping the palate before quickly giving way to a fresh, vibrant and sapid expression. A wave of fruity, saline freshness seems to sweep across the palate, carried by a powdery, slightly drying and bitter finish. This champagne is an absolute delight—fragrant and easy to drink, leaving an impression of great harmony and perfect balance (neither acidic nor sunny). This Brut Nature is fine and delicate, yet concentrated and dense and reveals an oily, limestone finish, almost evocative of “crushed seashells”.

Tasting Notes
Orange hue with salmon pink tints. Patient, even effervescence. Spicy aromas of Sichuan pepper combined with sappy and floral notes of violet and gentian. Toast and mocha on the nose resulting in an elegant and concentrated bouquet. After aeration, intense fruity notes start to emerge along with concentrated notes of wild raspberries. The palate is fruity. The Pinot noir offers an intense fruitiness and a tight and juicy structure complemented by ripe, almost sweet tannins. The fruit and texture display remarkable depth and are starting to show a typical “Pinot” character.

Tasting Notes
Pink hue with bright, fresh tints and generous, slowmoving bubbles. The deep Pinot noir bouquet is a blend of delicate citrus notes (Etna blood oranges), red fruit (blackcurrants) and spice (a touch of camphor). After aeration, the red fruit becomes intertwined with notes of honey and gingerbread. On entry, the wine is juicy, fruity, concentrated and palatecoating. The sun-drenched fruit and its slightly sweet texture give one the impression of biting into a perfectly ripe blackberry. The wine shows remarkable poise thanks to the sensual, almost powdery texture that balances the zero dosage. The end palate reveals slightly spicy (camphor), smoky (bacon) and iodised notes that usher in a sensation of Umami.

Tasting Notes
A soft, delicate hue bordering on petal pink. Fine and creamy with a steady stream of bubbles. An expressive bouquet of citrus (blood orange), tangy red fruit (redcurrant) and fresh, sweet flowers (violet). Initially restrained yet impeccably clean and flawless, it gradually unveils a captivating concentration of fruit with a suggestion of raspberry liqueur. The palate is dense and concentrated. The structure comes to the fore, full, broad and concentrated, in a sensation that is simultaneously juicy, savory and crunchy. One has the impression of biting into a perfectly ripe, juicy fruit on a summer afternoon. What is remarkable here is the "transparency" of the fermentation, which has skillfully respected the original flavor of the fruit. The weave is intricately woven with grainy, salty tannins that prolong the sensation of freshness while adding delicate, mouthwatering notes of spices and cocoa powder.
