Tasting Notes
A soft, delicate hue bordering on petal pink. Fine and creamy with a steady stream of bubbles. An expressive bouquet of citrus (blood orange), tangy red fruit (redcurrant) and fresh, sweet flowers (violet). Initially restrained yet impeccably clean and flawless, it gradually unveils a captivating concentration of fruit with a suggestion of raspberry liqueur. The palate is dense and concentrated. The structure comes to the fore, full, broad and concentrated, in a sensation that is simultaneously juicy, savory and crunchy. One has the impression of biting into a perfectly ripe, juicy fruit on a summer afternoon. What is remarkable here is the "transparency" of the fermentation, which has skillfully respected the original flavor of the fruit. The weave is intricately woven with grainy, salty tannins that prolong the sensation of freshness while adding delicate, mouthwatering notes of spices and cocoa powder.

Tasting Notes
Delicate and elegant. Its reserve wines bring rich round flavors that make it vibrant, fresh and generous. From the outset, Brut Premier affirms its personality and seduction: the texture is full and generous and, in a fairly unexpected way, integrates characteristics of maturity associated with fruitier and more refreshing notes. The wine has a fresh festive finesse. In the mouth, the wine has structure, richness and length. It is a full, complex wine that is both modern and powerful, whilst remaining a great classic.

Tasting Notes
Pinot noir bouquet, red fruit (wild strawberries, redcurrants) combined with floral, spicy notes, liquorice and fresh pepper created by the whole stems. The nose is complex and deeply perfumed. Velvety-soft, delicate and delectable on entry to the palate. Intricate and sweet tannins. The ageing in oak is seamless and perfectly incorporated into a soft, delicate sweetness. The Champagne region's cool climate is apparent mid-palate, adding lightness and scented fragrances. This reinforces the impression of delicacy and freshness without diminishing the concentration and the silky tannic structure that lengthens the finish.

Tasting Notes
Garnet red hue with bright tints. Elegant, concentrated Pinot noir bouquet: sweet red fruit (blood orange), forest fruit and peonies. Then come spices (cocoa bean) and dried leaves accompanied by smoky, bacon-like notes. A magical and complex nose of fresh, ripe Pinot noir. The palate is velvety smooth with fresh red fruit and a soft and silky texture with noticeable but round, creamy tannins. The typical freshness of the Champagne region has made the tannins fairly vertical but these are nicely coated by the juicy, velvety texture which lends them a unique character: firm but not austere and sappy with a saline, umami finish. Magical and complex nose of fresh, ripe Pinot noir.

Tasting Notes
Very fresh, precise and pure bouquet, with warm toasted notes of hay, wheat and dried nuts, concentrated juicy ripe fruit (melon, pear) and lightly honeyed floral notes. After aeration, we have a lovely bouquet of reductive aromas with spicy nuances.
Intense, concentrated and fresh on the palate with candied citrus fruit and a juicy, almost oily texture. Chalky and saline notes then follow and are underpinned by a lovely tannic structure. The finish has a mouth- watering texture with toasted notes that provide great aromatic length. The whole is vibrant, perfectly integrated, precise, powerful and fresh.
