Built like detailed embroidery on delicate lace, this wine embodies elegance. A beautiful, melded bouquet of orange blossom, quince, chamomile, marcona almond, jasmine and fine chalk greets the nose. The palate is silky and effortless, offering white peach tartlette, makrut leaf and white tea before a chiseled chalk finish. Stunning, and this should only reward with further cellaring.

This is the sip that captures your attention and, if only for a moment, offers refuge from the world's noise. The 2015 finds itself in a wonderful spot, where its presumed vintage intensity currently expresses as harmonious precision. The nose and palate exude fineness, delivering wild berries, blood orange, peach blossom, jasmine, and light patisserie, with a fine vein of saline-chalkiness. Brilliant acidity and dry extract come through with energy, making it an exciting expression to watch.

This single-vineyard brut proffers a more floral bouquet—including jasmine and orange blossom—than have the past couple of vintages, but it otherwise sings the same seductive song. It’s yeasty and juicy in equal measure, with tactile notes of Gala apple, quince, and lime leaf punctuated by a cool pop of cherry pit.

The vinous equivalent of a still life: Picture a warmly lit table laden with apricots, yellow plums, Pink Lady apples, croissants alongside jars of orange marmalade, and smoked almonds scattered across a richly textured cloth (or in this case mouthfeel), and you’ve got the idea of this blend of 52% Chardonnay and 48% Pinot Noir. Asian pear gives the finish a crisp bite.

Crafted from approximately equal amounts of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this wine imparts luxury in layers. Aromas of wild strawberry, apricot, and almond biscotti are wreathed in lilac and rose; peach and more strawberry, plump and succulent, come edged with uplifting acidity and a ribbon of lemon rind before a finish subtly shaded by white chocolate and saffron.
