Régnard Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2021

Overview

Régnard, one of the oldest and most prestigious houses in Chablis, was founded in 1860 by Zéphir Régnard. In 1984, Baron Patrick de Ladoucette purchased Régnard and has perpetuated the style and tradition of the wines ever since.

Winemaking

Grapes are harvested by hand. The wine undergoes alcohol then malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. It is then clarified and lightly filtered before bottling.

Tasting Notes

This Burgundy from the Côte de Beaune has a lively and clear color of ruby red and blue highlights. The nose has cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant with small spicy hints. The palate is lightly tannic with a beautiful freshness.
