A very structure Cristal with aromas of white pepper, bread dough, pie crust, pear tart and a hint of flint. Full-bodied with bitter grapefruit, apricot and lemon flavors. The bubbles turn fine and driving, giving it length and intensity. From organically grown grapes. Will age nicely. Drink or hold.

Restrained, with austere aromas of lemons, spring flowers, strawberries, chalk and butter. Medium-bodied and balanced, with medium bubbles, zesty acidity and a tight, biting finish with a phenolic grip. Drink now.

Attractive aromas of cooked apples, brioche and light toast that follow through to a full body with fruit flavors and very fine bubbles. Persistent and rich at the end. Lots of flavor. From hillside vineyard near the town of Avize. Drink now.

This is perfect. Aromas of bread dough, pie crust, dried lemons, apricots, flint, French toast and caramel. Medium- to full-bodied with spices, iodine, oysters and similar flavors on the palate. Endless and seamless. I remember tasting it on release, and it’s softening and giving a caressing mouthfeel after being so structured. A late release of this glorious wine in magnum. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.

This is pure and saturated with peach, apricot, candied apple and baking spice flavors. Bracing acidity keeps it all focused and guides the laserlike aftertaste. Drink now through 2038.
