Pouring a bright ruby red color, the 2023 Pinot Noir Olivet Lane is minty and fresh, with notes of cinnamon, pomegranate, lifted spice, and clove. Medium-bodied, it has refreshing, bright citrus tones on the palate, with orange zest, supple underlying texture, and delicate incense notes. It’s a bit nervous today but should open up nicely over the next six months or so. Drink 2026-2036.

A deeper red/magenta-toned color, the 2023 Pinot Noir Meredith Estate is more introspective, with polished cedar, black cherries, licorice, and lavender. Medium to full-bodied, it has a rich structure, chalky tannins, broader shoulders, orange zest, and spice that expand across the palate. The tannins build steadily, and it’s worth holding another year or two. Drink 2027-2047.

The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc Russian River Valley is a bright yellow/silver color and is attractive and open on the nose with aromas of white peach, grapefruit pith, tropical flowers, guava, and elegant spice. Medium-bodied, it has a silky, rounded texture, with ripe fruit filling the palate and just a suggestion of sweetness, while its guava and tropical tones linger through the finish. It’s a charming and well-detailed, lush Sauvignon Blanc to drink over the coming 5-7 years. Drink 2026-2033.

A flattering red, with a gush of gently warmed boysenberry and blackberry compote flavors that sparkle with iris, anise and apple wood notes. A late echo of singed black tea gives this a smoldering feel on the finish. In the not-shy style and rather alluring. Best from 2027 through 2032.

Deliciously pure and bright, with a taut, racy beam of damson plum and bitter cherry notes stitched with rose petal and iris details. Shows a twinge of sea breeze through the finish. Drink now through 2033. 1,750 cases made.
