A lovely, layered white, gracefully integrating a core of creamed golden apple, pear, orange curd, persimmon, pastry dough and crystallized honey notes with palate-cleansing acidity and an underlying streak of salinity. Expands nicely on the palate, revealing additional accents of chamomile, broom, lemon wax, wet stone and blanched almond that linger on the refreshing finish. Pinot Bianco, Friulano and Sauvignon. Drink now through 2040.

The subtle rose gold hue is your first hint that this isn't your everyday Pinot Grigio. Aromas spiral upward like a siren song, cherry blossoms, fresh-snipped herbs, honeydew, and delicate finger lime all weave together in mesmerizing layers. The palate is a revelation: orange oil and zest mingle with green almond notes, all wrapped in a salty, textured embrace that somehow manages to stay light on its feet. There's volume here, but it moves with such grace. This is a wine that makes you pause and wonder, both totally delicious now and promising even more intrigue for those patient enough to cellar it.

Here stands a legend that helped put Friuli on the map. The aromatics roll and evolve in the glass: ripe cut peach mingles with fresh apple and a citrus medley of lemon, lime and orange. Subtle oak spices hover in the background like a whisper, accompanied by delicate yellow flowers and magnolia blossoms. The palate unfolds luxuriously... first tropical fruit notes gracefully transition into tangy citrus cream. Everything stays elegant and poised through the finish thanks to perfectly pitched acidity. The 2021 Terre Alte slowly opens with an understated blend of white peaches, freshly sliced nectarines, lime zest and mint. It is weightier than expected yet harmonious, with silken depths and masses of citrus-infused orchard fruits and gingery spices swirling throughout. Long and potent, it leaves the senses stained in primary concentration and minerals, tapering off structured and intense. Bury the Terre Alte in the cellar.

Candied orange and confectionery spice mix with dried pineapple as the 2019 Picolit blossoms in the glass. It is noticeably sweet, with oily textures and a salted almond tinge that adds remarkable balance and satisfying seduction. Sour citrus mingles with ginger and a touch of zesty acidity, as the 2019 finishes long yet unexpectedly fresh.
