“Limpid orange. A sharply focused, mineral-accented bouquet evokes fresh red berries and pit fruits, citrus pith and pungent flowers. Silky and penetrating on the palate, offering tangy redcurrant, pomegranate and blood orange flavors and a hint of honeysuckle. The floral note builds steadily through an impressively long, nervy finish that echoes the citrus and mineral notes.”

“Shimmering, onion skin color. Intense red berry, citrus fruit and floral aromas, along with building suggestions of succulent herbs and dusty minerals. Sappy and penetrating on the palate, offering concentrated strawberry, orange pith and honeysuckle flavors that slowly deepen and take on a peachy nuance with aeration. Finishes impressively long and focused, with a repeating mineral note and a late hint of tarragon.”

“Pretty floral aromas are backed by fresh citrus and pomelo notes with a touch of candied fennel seeds. On the palate, behind the austere, slightly chalky white fruit, there is a darker, intense, perfumed raspberry, cherry and concentrated blackcurrant fruit which gives weight. It finishes with an almost inky-dark minerality - shouting out La Londe terroir and the Mourvèdre coming forward. Concentrated with fresh linear elegance and a hit of salinity and blood orange on the finish. This hot vintage had slightly more fruit from Clos Mireille.”

“Very pale, creamy pink. The restrained floral notes of this wine's youth have developed into more evident perfumed Sorrento lemon and orange blossom aromas, a characteristic also found in the Romassan rosé. On the palate, the fruit has developed a creamy soft richness, with white saline-mineral freshness and a long salted lemon tang. As the wine opens up there are notes of ripe, dark redcurrant and sour cherries and bitter almonds with a hint of sweet hazelnuts. Lovely fullness of fruit and great intensity, with a gorgeous lacy elegance and vibrancy.”

“Creamy ripe red fruit, floral notes and garrigue aromas, showing similarity to Domaines Ott’s Château de Selle 2021. On the palate there’s juicy cherries, raspberries, crunchy red apples and wild berries, not fruit driven but intense, silky and waxy, leading to mouthwatering acidity with firm saline mineral notes and some black fruit (from the Mourvèdre) coming through on the finish. Lovely weight, texture and intensity with plenty of suggestions of more fruit to follow as the wine opens up. Still youthful, needs time to open up a little more.”
