A beam of cherry courses through this red, accented with plum, mulberry, earth and tobacco flavors. Thick with tannins and also lively and persistent, echoing the fruit, earth and tobacco accents on the finish. Patience is required. Best from 2029 through 2050.

The cherry and raspberry fruit is enhanced by rose and mineral flavors, plus a hint of eucalyptus. This red is sleek and elegant yet also solidly structured, leaving a dusting of tannins on the finish. Best from 2028 through 2043.

Pure and expressive flavors of cherry and raspberry highlight this enticing, harmonious red, which is elegant yet well-structured, with dense tannins lining the finish. Though tight in the end, this reveals layers of mineral and savory elements, plus plenty of ripe fruit. Best from 2029 through 2047.

Chalky, creamy and fresh, with minerals, fresh pears and wildflowers on the nose. Wonderful richness on the palate, with vibrant, mineral-driven acidity. Dense bubbles and a long finish of delicate herbs, wild honey, lime zest and salt. A mouthwatering, nuanced, medium-body wine. Disgorged March 2025. 5 g/L dosage. Drink or hold.

Pretty, delicate aromas of salt, herbs and pine forest. A compelling wine that really speaks of place, with fine bubbles that coat the palate before resolving in a finish of citrus oil and resinous herbs. Very fresh, layered, vibrant and medium- to full-bodied, with some wonderful chalkiness at the end. 52% chardonnay and 48% pinot noir. Disgorged February 2024. 6 g/L dosage. Drink or hold.
