Tasting Notes

Orange hue with salmon pink tints. Patient, even effervescence. Spicy aromas of Sichuan pepper combined with sappy and floral notes of violet and gentian. Toast and mocha on the nose resulting in an elegant and concentrated bouquet. After aeration, intense fruity notes start to emerge along with concentrated notes of wild raspberries. The palate is fruity. The Pinot noir offers an intense fruitiness and a tight and juicy structure complemented by ripe, almost sweet tannins. The fruit and texture display remarkable depth and are starting to show a typical “Pinot” character.

Tasting Notes

Pink hue with bright, fresh tints and generous, slowmoving bubbles. The deep Pinot noir bouquet is a blend of delicate citrus notes (Etna blood oranges), red fruit (blackcurrants) and spice (a touch of camphor). After aeration, the red fruit becomes intertwined with notes of honey and gingerbread. On entry, the wine is juicy, fruity, concentrated and palatecoating. The sun-drenched fruit and its slightly sweet texture give one the impression of biting into a perfectly ripe blackberry. The wine shows remarkable poise thanks to the sensual, almost powdery texture that balances the zero dosage. The end palate reveals slightly spicy (camphor), smoky (bacon) and iodised notes that usher in a sensation of Umami.

Tasting Notes

Delicate and elegant. Its reserve wines bring rich round flavors that make it vibrant, fresh and generous. From the outset, Brut Premier affirms its personality and seduction: the texture is full and generous and, in a fairly unexpected way, integrates characteristics of maturity associated with fruitier and more refreshing notes. The wine has a fresh festive finesse. In the mouth, the wine has structure, richness and length. It is a full, complex wine that is both modern and powerful, whilst remaining a great classic.

Tasting Notes

Pinot noir bouquet, red fruit (wild strawberries, redcurrants) combined with floral, spicy notes, liquorice and fresh pepper created by the whole stems. The nose is complex and deeply perfumed. Velvety-soft, delicate and delectable on entry to the palate. Intricate and sweet tannins. The ageing in oak is seamless and perfectly incorporated into a soft, delicate sweetness. The Champagne region's cool climate is apparent mid-palate, adding lightness and scented fragrances. This reinforces the impression of delicacy and freshness without diminishing the concentration and the silky tannic structure that lengthens the finish.

Tasting Notes

Garnet red hue with bright tints. Elegant, concentrated Pinot noir bouquet: sweet red fruit (blood orange), forest fruit and peonies. Then come spices (cocoa bean) and dried leaves accompanied by smoky, bacon-like notes. A magical and complex nose of fresh, ripe Pinot noir. The palate is velvety smooth with fresh red fruit and a soft and silky texture with noticeable but round, creamy tannins. The typical freshness of the Champagne region has made the tannins fairly vertical but these are nicely coated by the juicy, velvety texture which lends them a unique character: firm but not austere and sappy with a saline, umami finish. Magical and complex nose of fresh, ripe Pinot noir.
