Dainty apricot aromas are bolstered by scents of lemon zest and ocean spray. While this wine is defined by lemony acidity, its texture is soft, creating an overall impression that's friendly and welcoming. Minerality leads into a long finish that hints at petrol qualities. This wine could easily spend a few years in the cellar to let those characteristics develop. But those who don't want to wait will find a friendly, sunny wine that perfectly balances racy citrus zest, saline mineral notes and a bit of soft, juicy stone fruit.

Talk about typicity. This wine is exactly what you want from an Alsace Pinot Gris. The nose is juicy apple, slate, steel and white blossoms. On the palate, this wine is lively with acidity, but there's an apple-pie softness and weight to it. Savory notes of fines herbes and mild hard cheese provide balance into a lingering saline finish. Full of culinary goodness, this is a wine to pair with just about any vegetable, fish or poultry dish.

This wine is all business on the nose, with stony aromas and a spritz of lemon. The palate is similarly focused and driven. Lemon-lime acidity drives taut minerality in this light-bodied sip. The finish is long and saline, with tangy Granny Smith notes giving it some lift. Pair with creamy cheeses for a refreshing palate-cleanse.

Very vibrant with a wide spectrum of garden herb aromas plus all the shades of apple and crisp pear. Exciting interplay of ripeness and very crisp acidity on the medium- to full-bodied palate. Very zesty finish with pronounced minerality. Drink or hold.

“Wonderfully ripe and generous with plenty of yellow fruit, this is a very sensual dry riesling that flows gracefully over the palate. Almost a Burgundian texture in the middle, but the citrusy freshness at the long, salty finish is distinctly northern. Drinkable now, but best from 2025.”
