The Ervamoira really shines in 2024, with stunning focused acidity, superb purity, and a finish that goes on and on. Roasted blackberry, dried cherries, and cassis are framed by violets/roses, graphite, tobacco/tea, leather, and baking chocolate scents, all topped by a pop of peppery spice. Gorgeously seductive already, it'll be a refined heartbreaker from the late 2030s.

Lemon in color, this wine has aromas of freshly-sliced golden apple, bosc-pear skin and white blossom. The palate delivers additional flavors of meadow grass that are elevated by lemon pith and a zesty, slightly-rounded acidity.

A personal go-to and sweet spot in the range, the 20-year Bom Retiro serves deep and layered flavors of dates and dried black cherry. It shows lots of umami complexity, with an array of butter-roasted pecans, tobacco/tea leaf, coffee-toffee, and clove. Finishes long and peppery, with savory dried leaves and dark candied fruit.

This pale as can be rosé has elegant white flower and stone fruits aromas with gravelly notes in the background. The palate has great structure and acidity. The stone fruit and citrus flavor combination is masterful and the white pepper heat hits right away and stays throughout the lengthy finish.

The nose of this wine is fruit forward with aromas of ripe summer peach and a touch of citrus. The palate is full of brûléed peach and grapefruit peel flavor and the mouthwatering acidity and structure are on point.
